Complete Surrender

December 5th, 2005 at 20:31 (1940s)

Here we see the main female character taking a small bottle of a perfume named Complete Surrender out of a small compartment of a car. She then puts something of this perfume on a handkerchief and flutters it towards uncle Willie, who later pinches her bottom:

One of the male protagonists demanded a $100,000 salary, which was a huge amount in the early 40s. But instead of keeping it all for himself he donated his entire earnings to the British War Relief Fund.
Who achieved such a large salary and what’s the name of the movie?

I don’t know if the British group Wham! has named themselves after this piece of ham. The movie you can guess today is reported to see a remake soon. But I doubt anybody will surpass the original cast. And always remember:
If you ain’t eatin’ Wham, you ain’t eatin’ ham.
